Heather Frenette, RN, MSN, CMC - Chief Operating Officer/Care Manager
Ms. Frenette is a Registered Nurse who focuses her practice on the care needs of elderly, disabled, and mentally ill persons. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s level Certificate in Gerontology from Arizona State University. Ms. Frenette is also a Certified Care Manager (CMC) through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Ms. Frenette is actively involved in the Care Management profession as a Board Member and Officer on the regional level of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers from 2001 – 2009 and currently as a Board Member at the National level. In 2006, Ms. Frenette was recognized as a Fellow of the Leadership Academy, a distinction awarded to those geriatric care managers with comprehensive experience. That year she also received the Rose Kleiner Award for excellence and achievement in the field of Professional Geriatric Care Management. As an advocate for the elderly, disabled, and mentally ill, Ms. Frenette believes that every person deserves a chance to live his/her life at the highest functional level in the least restrictive environment possible. Ms. Frenette is a member of the Arizona Geriatrics Society and is an affiliate of the Elder Law & Mental Health and Probate & Trust Sections of the State Bar of Arizona but is not licensed to practice law in Arizona. She is also serving on the Executive Council for the Elder Law & Mental Health Section from 2010 - 2011.
Debra Strecker, CNA - Care Management Assistant

Ms. Strecker joined The Sun Valley Group, Inc. in 2000 and is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She has been working with the geriatric population for over 15 years. In her current role, Ms. Strecker coordinates medical appointments and acts as a liaison between the Care Manager, the client and the responsible party or family members. She participates in the Annual Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk and enjoys charity events for children's programs throughout the Valley.
